VirtuClean Ops isolated-tenant hosting · Effective: 17 August 2026
Payment first
Placing an order does not create a live workspace. You receive an EFT reference and first-month total including 15% VAT. We provision the isolated tenant only after that payment has cleared. There is no card checkout and no debit order. South African law applies.
What you get
A paying company receives one dedicated API process, one Postgres database, one data volume, and one hostname. There is no shared customer table across companies.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your staff logins, cleaner documents, and customer bookings stored in your tenant. Keep the generated admin password private. Enable public registration only if you want your own clients and cleaners to self-serve.
Demo
The shared demo instance is a restricted starter plan.
Do not put paying-customer data there.
